Chicken & Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients:
Can of Chop Chop! Chicken with Sundried Tomato
2 tomatoes, de-seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons shredded basil leaves
4 slices sourdough bread
2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Lightly toast sourdough bread and rub with garlic cloves.
Spread chicken on sourdough and top with a spoonful of tomato & basil. Drizzle with a little olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
